Big shakeup going on in the top 5 this week. I believe on last week’s countdown I said that if anything had the chance to remove Contra Rebirth from the top spot it would be LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias and that is the case this week. Contra fell five spots to #5. The biggest mover of the week was Arkanoid Plus! falling six spots to number 19.

We had two new entries this week on the chart; Shootanta: Evolutionary Mayhem and Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 3. This means that we lost You, Me and the Cubes as well as Bust-A-Move Plus!. My Sexy Poker watch continues this week because it did not move at all, though it is close to the bottom of the list.

We’ve got a few big titles coming to WiiWare in the next few weeks so we’ll so how things continue to shape up.

No change whatsoever in the top 5 titles this week.  There is one new addition with LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias.  That title knocked Tales of Monkey Island off the list altogether. 

The biggest mover of the week was You, Me and the Cubes falling six spaces and now in danger of falling of the chart next week.  Sexy Poker held still and just won't go away.  If there is any title that has a chance to knock Contra ReBirth off the top spot it's going to be LostWinds so let's keep an eye on that next week and see what happens.

There was absolutely no movement with the top 6 titles this week. They all held firm and kept away the new titles, but there was one new addition this week in Word Searcher. Family Tennis fell off the list this week because of that addition. Also because of that, most of the movement we do so, with a few exceptions is down. The biggest loser this week was You, Me and the Cube falling 6 spots.

My Sexy Poker watch continues this week with that title falling one spot and getting ever so close to being off the list. The old classics Dr. Mario and Tetris continue to show that you can’t beat a solid game, no matter how old it is.

It's the biggest week we've seen in a long time for new titles.  Three new titles made the chart this week; DRiiFT Mania, Arkanoid Plus!, and Family Tennis.  That means, though, that three titles have to drop off the list and this week those unfortunate titles are Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 2, Texas Hold'em Tournament, and Family Slot Car Racing. All the new additions are very worthy of their place on the list. 

I'm impressed by the longevity of games like Defend Your Castle, and My Pokemon Ranch, both launch titles of the WiiWare service and the only survivors from that time.  The decline of Sexy Poker continues.

Not a lot of movement happening on the chart this week. Most titles, if they moved shifted up or down a couple spots. The top three are still holding strong and not going anywhere.

The biggest mover of the week was Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 2 which fell seven spots and is well below the first chapter in the series. This can mean a couple of things, either people are just now getting into the series, or they’re playing the first and not moving on to the second.

There was one new title on the list this week, the puzzle game by Kenji Eno, You, Me and the Cubes. This means that one title had to leave us, and this week it was Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord.

And for the love of all things human, will people please quit buying Sexy Poker?

Well, this week shows us some interesting stuff. There is no change at the top three spots. Those titles have firmly planted their hooks and aren't going anywhere. Now that summer is over let's see how the fishing titles do. Will they drop because fishing season is closing or will they rise because people still want to be outside?

There are now three different versions of Texas Hold'em near the top 10. Two of them maybe deserve to be there, but I don't know why Sexy Poker continues to sell. The game is not that good and you can see more things for free on the internet.

We have one new entry this week with Texas Hold'em Poker and NyxQuest has fallen out of the Top 20. That is a good game, maybe it will see a resurgence like World of Goo did. The biggest fall of the week was Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 2 which fell below the previous chapter of the game. Chapter 3 will be out soon. It could be possible to see three different parts of the same game on this list.

Not a lot of movement this week. There were no new additions and no one dropped off the list. The one surprise is that after so long at the top Reel Fishing Challenge has lost the number one spot. It did have a worthy competitor. Maybe it can regain it's title next week.

The biggest movers were Bust-A-Move Plus! moving up three spots, and NyxQuest moving down four spots and being in danger of falling off the list.

Reel Fishing Challenge is one tough fight. It's not letting go of that top spot. Summer is almost over, so let's see if that has anything to do with that titles success or if it will continue to hold on. The biggest winner of the week was Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 2 which rose eight spots. Sexy Poker is continuing its slow downward slide, with Texas Hold'Em Poker by Gameloft coming out next week it may finally fall of the charts altogether. One title fell off this week as Cue Sports - Pool Revolution lost its spot when Contra Rebirth shot to the top of the chart.

People still like Final Fantasy, with two titles still holding strong, though My Life as a Darklord is in danger of falling off if any more quality titles are released soon. There are still two WiiWare launch titles in the top 20 showing just how strong those titles are.

Reel Fishing Challenge continues it's stranglehold on the top spot. With the full retail version of that game out now I wonder if that will have any effect on the sales of the WiiWare edition. We'll see in the next few weeks. World of Goo has seen a bit of a resurgence. That title deserves to be up near the top every week. Even after this long it's still a quality title and one of the best available.

We're seeing that Monkey Island has a strong following. Chapter 2 sees its debut on the list this week knocking off Overturn. Chapter 1 rounds out the top 10 this week. Let's find out how well this second chapter of the game does and if it can top the earlier episode.

There's not a lot of interesting movement to talk about this week. NyxQuest did fall the most this week, losing seven spots. Sexy Poker held onto its #8 spot. Let's hope that trend doesn't continue.

This week we see, hopefully, the downfall of Sexy Poker. This is the one title I've felt in a long time didn't deserve to be as high as it was. It's only capitalizing on one thing and it doesn't do it that well. Reel Fishing Challenge continues to hold on to that #1 spot and it doesn't look to be going anywhere any time soon. There was one new entrant into the charts this week with Family Slot Car Racing taking a spot away from Ant Nation.

The two games that don't surprise me for being on the list as long as they are would be Dr. Mario and Tetris Party. Those two games have proven to be timeless classics and will probably continue to be on this list for a very long time. World of Goo continues to bob along even after dipping off of the charts for a while. I think that proves that good games are good no matter when they were released. I would be interested to know what brought about the resurgence in its popularity.

There were no new additions to the chart this week. Brain Challenge had fallen off of the list last week and it back again this week,
knocking off HB Arcade Cards. The biggest mover, and well deserved jump was NyxQuest moving up 13 spots. The one unexpected
and surprising move was Sexy Poker. I can't understand why anyone is buying this game and why it's so high on the list. The biggest fall
of the week was My Life as a Darklord. I'm going to have to check out Reel Fishing Challenge after its long run at the top of the list.
